Tony BodenJuly 24, 2019 11:24 pm In my recent articles seeking themes in the worst losing shares each month, early on I observed that some industries were by their nature prone to produce an unusually high number of ‘big’ losers (and winners). The more obvious industries were: Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining and Bio-Tech; in one way or another many of the players will either discover something earth-shatteringly good (no fracking pun intended) or discover nothing. What was more surprising to me was that the “Software & IT Services” industry was similarly prone to produce extreme results.
